ANTIOPE & JUPITERIn many of the Greek mythological histories with Jupiter in a leading role, he is obsessively occupied with various attempts to conquer young attractive women. That was also the case with beautiful Antiope, whom he had spotted when she was laying asleep. In the original narration she doesn’t stand a chance against his godly and sexual virile powers.
